On April 13, at the faculty of advanced training and professional retraining of PetrSU, classes began for students of the additional professional program of professional retraining “Management of an educational organization”. Training is carried out online without interrupting work with the predominant use of distance learning and modern educational and project technologies.
In accordance with the curriculum, students will master the content of the main educational modules: “State policy in the field of education”, “Management of the organization”, “Normative and legal foundations of the educational organization”, “Psychology of management of an educational organization”, “Modern information technologies” -research activity in the field of pedagogical management “.

The listeners of the program are the heads and pedagogical workers of institutions of secondary vocational education, general education, preschool education, the reserve of management personnel of educational organizations in Petrozavodsk and regions of the Republic of Karelia.

At the training sessions of the first session, students will get acquainted with the main directions of state policy in the field of education, the main areas of activity of the head of an educational organization, the application of professional standards in the field of management of the teaching staff, the tasks of forming digital competencies of the head of an educational organization.

Teachers of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of PetrSU, the Institute of Economics and Law of PetrSU, employees of the Regional Center for New Information Technologies of PetrSU, the Karelian Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Center “Boiling Point – Petrozavodsk”, as well as heads of educational organizations in Petrozavodsk and Republic of Karelia.

The first lesson on the topic “State policy in the field of education. Priority directions of education development” was conducted by Ermolenko Rimma Evgenievna, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Director of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of PetrSU.
