The subject of the workshop “High Entropy Alloys (HEAs)” is an emerging area with high potential in the Defence, Aircraft, Aerospace, Space technology, Power Plants, and Automobile sectors, due to their properties such as high strength, hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and ability to operate at high temperatures.
During the workshop, researchers will participate in brainstorming sessions to find usage of High-entropy alloys to improve the efficiency and performance of devices. This will help Startups find innovative solutions to develop indigenous products. This workshop may lead a step towards Viksit Bharat 2047 through Research & Innovation. The outcomes may help industries to develop new products by Additive Manufacturing to make India as Atmanirbhar Bharat. The research outcomes of the workshop may strengthen the Make in India prerogative of Govt of India. This workshop is in alignment with the objectives of the National Education Policy.
