Online/ Tele Consultation services at Dr Z A Dental College (ZADC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU)

Aligarh: Patients can now make calls on designated phone numbers for consultations with the dentists of the Dr Z A Dental College (ZADC), Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). They are available for Online and Tele Consultation services from Mondays to Fridays between 9:30 am to 12 noon.

Patients with oral cancer and general oral problems can speak with the specialists from the Department of Oral Medicine and Oral Pathology on phone no: 8392926601; dentists from the Department of Periodontology will be available for patients with Pyrorrhea and Scaling on 8392926602; people with irregular teeth can take consultations from experts at the Department of Orthodontics on 8392926603; the dentists of the Department of Paediatric and Preventive Dentistry are available on 8392926604; Dentists from the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery will speak with patients related to tooth extraction and jaw problems on 8392926605; for artificial teeth related issues, patients can contact the Department of Prosthodontics Crown and Bridge dentists on 8392926606 and experts from the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics are available on 8392926607 for patients with RCT, filling and dental pain problems.

“The telemedicine services have started after the nation-wide surge in Covid cases led to suspension of OPD services in hospitals throughout the country. However, the emergency patients are receiving treatments by the dentists at the Trauma Centre, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC),” said Prof R K Tewari, Principal, ZADC.
