Online- training on Digital Fashion Illustration

Aligarh: The University Women’s Polytechnic organized an online-training recently to benefit the artists who are working digitally: drawing, sketching, painting or creating visual art.

The resource person Dr Sneha Tulsani (Leading Fashion Illustrator, Mumbai) delivered the training on ‘Procreate App’. She emphasized the responsiveness of the Digital App in fashion field; utilization of technique for illustrator; designer and artist relying on procreate. She demonstrated other digital art tools and techniques of the Procreate app through iPad by creating wonderful artwork. Additionally, Dr Tulsani focused on the job prospects of procreate app.

Dr Salma Shaheen (Principal and Convener, University Women’s Polytechnic) welcomed the delegates, resource person and all the participants of the Training. She drew attention towards the significances of training theme and highlighted as to how this Training shall be productive in the field of digital illustration.

The training was organized for the students of costume designing and dress making, interior decoration and fine arts. Around 68 participants attended the training program from Women’s Polytechnic, Women’s College, Community College, Career Planning Center and department of Fine Arts of the University.

Dr Sheeba Manzoor (Co-Convener) introduced the resource person. Ms Sadia Naim (Coordinator) conducted the session and presented concluding remarks and Ms Ikra Salim (Organizing Secretary) proposed vote of thanks.
