Online Workshop on Semiconductor Modeling Capabilities in COMSOL Multiphysics
As part of PetrSU’s implementation of the advanced training program “Design and production of element base for modern radio-photonics with nanoscale components”, COMSOL will hold an online seminar on March 25, at 14:00 (Moscow time).
The seminar will explore the possibilities of the COMSOL Multiphysics® numerical simulation package, the license for which is already available to the university. It will be about modeling at the physical level a wide class of semiconductor devices and effects (PN junctions, heterojunctions, transistors and capacitors, photo- and LEDs, quantum-size systems) using the “Semiconductors” expansion module.
The event will be hosted by Sergey Yankin, Lead Operations Engineer at the Russian office of COMSOL.
