Orchids – The International School’s Ahaan Shah edges his name to the India Book of Records

Mumbai : 3rd grader Ahaan Shah of Orchids – The International School, Orlem, Mumbai Branch is now an Official Record Holder in the India book of Records. 8-year-old Ahaan edged his name in the prestigious record as a youngest child to recite 128 sutras from first aid of Ashtadhyayi Sutra Paath in 3 minutes 14 seconds and 128 milliseconds.

Principal Jayashri Bhake, Orchids – The International School, Malad West Branch said, “It’s always a pleasure to see our students reaching to the glories of success and self-attainment. We at Orchids – The International School are proud of Ahaan’s achievement. We are likewise thrilled to see his enthusiasm and passion for learning the Sanskrit language. At Orchids we believe in nurturing the students’ inhibited academics & co-curricular activities in order to help them bring out to the rest the best version of themselves. Needless to say, while students at a young age are given the freedom to explore themselves, they, by default, perform as maestros and create success stories.”

Ahaan developed his interest in learning Sanskrit language at the age of 4 years and is now pursuing his passion in the advanced level of the language. Apart from his liking towards learning India’s ancient language, Ahaan has also been a step ahead in the top three competitive exams like preschool bee, olympiads or be it chess competitions.

Ahaan’s achievement has made his family, friends and his school proud and has inspired many like-minded people to achieve great milestones at a very tender age with grit & determination. Orchids – The International School takes pride in nurturing & adding on to each of its student’s holistic development and building responsible individuals and future-ready global citizens.
