Pacific World School’s Holistic Approach To Entrepreneurial Spirit Meets Social Responsibility
DELHI- NCR: Pacific World School successfully hosted the ‘Entrepreneurs in the Making’ program, seamlessly integrating with its initiative, “Crafting Compassion and Empathy”. The event witnessed a direct interaction between the students of Pacific World School and Vikas Vishranti Charitable Trust, underscoring the objective of imparting lessons on compassion and social responsibility.
The students of Pacific World School made handmade items to raise funds for a noble cause. The funds raised from the initiative were used to provide shoes to around 100 underprivileged children from Vikas Vishranti Charitable Trust in Surajpur. This activity aimed to offer practical support while teaching valuable lessons of empathy and communal responsibility to young minds.
The event provided a transformative experience for students, giving them a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by the downtrodden section of society. Witnessing joy on the faces of the beneficiaries as they unboxed their new shoes left a lasting impression and fostered gratitude and recognition for life’s positive aspects.
Expressing her delight, Ms. Pooja Bose, Principal, Pacific World School, remarked, “We are thrilled by the enthusiastic participation and commitment of our students in this program. The combined endeavor has not just connected our students with peers from Vikas Vishranti Charitable Trust but also taught vital lessons about empathy and accountability. We remain committed to providing a platform for comprehensive development, nurturing individuals filled with compassion and a sense of responsibility”.
