Participation in the jury of the International Interuniversity Personnel Forum

Elena Nikolaevna Luzgina, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Sociology and Social Work, Candidate of Social Sciences, took part in the work of the jury of the competition for research innovative projects in personnel management and labor economics for students and graduate students.
The competition was held within the framework of the XII International Interuniversity Personnel Forum named after V.I. AND I. Kibanov “Innovative personnel management”, which took place from April 14 to May 14, 2021. at the State University of Management.

For the competition of research innovative projects for students and postgraduates, works were submitted whose topics corresponded to the scientific areas of personnel management and labor economics: motivation and stimulation of labor activity, effective use and innovative technologies of personnel management, new technologies for personnel development, management of intellectual resources and intellectual capital, assessment of the performance of the personnel management service and economic and social efficiency.

More than 500 participants took part in the events of the forum, including students and university professors, as well as representatives of organizations of the real sector of the economy.

Based on the results of participation in the jury, E.N. Luzgina was presented with a commendation from the Acting Rector of the State University of Management, Cand. tech. Sciences, Associate Professor A.V. Troitsky.
