Pegasystems Hosts AIKYA 2017 to Commemorate a Decade in India
New Delhi: Pegasystems Inc. (NASDAQ: PEGA), the software company empowering customer engagement at the world’s leading enterprises, today hosted its 10th year of AIKYA celebrations, their annual employee day. Centered on the theme ‘Dus Ka Dum – the power of change,’ the event highlighted Pega’s decade-long journey in India. Students across 10 government schools affiliated with Pega Teach for Change (PTFC) program, Pega’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, participated in the event.
The annual celebration included dance performances by Pega employees and the PTFC-affilated government school students, who wowed the audience with stellar Bollywood numbers. This was followed by an energetic performance by the celebrated Meet Brothers. Everyone was dressed in traditional attire adding to the festive appeal of the event.

Pega started their India operations in 2007 and has grown exponentially in the past decade. With offices in Hyderabad and Bangalore, the Pega team works on R&D, industry framework solutions, and customer support solutions, while also supporting the global engineering team by creating innovative solutions out of India, Pega’s largest R&D center globally. Earlier this year, Pega announced their first CSR program, Pega Teach for Change, aimed at giving back to the society and enhancing the quality of education for government school students.
