Penguin Random House: Winners of the 2021 Kids’ Book Choice Awards
Every Child a Reader, the charitable arm of the Children’s Book Council, announced the winners of its Kids’ Book Choice Awards, formerly known as the Children’s & Teen Choice Book Awards. Among the prize-winning titles were two published by Penguin Random House imprints, and one published by a Penguin Random House Publisher Services client publisher. Launched in 2008 by the Children’s Book Council and Every Child a Reader, this represents the only national book awards competition selected exclusively by young readers.
As part of campaign to attract more readers of all ages, the program was re-launched this year with a new name, logo, and categories. Voting for this year’s finalists took place during Fall Children’s Book Week, November 8–14.
