Penn State University Men’s basketball earns bid to 2023 NCAA Tournament

Game time for Penn State-Texas A&M is set for 9:55 p.m. EST, airing on TBS. Penn State’s overall seed for the tournament is No. 38.
At the Big Ten tournament in Chicago, Penn State advanced to the championship game to face top-seed Purdue on March 12. Despite a valiant comeback effort by Penn State, the Boilermakers outlasted the Nittany Lions, 67-65.
Entering the NCAA Tournament, Penn State has won five of its last six games, and eight of its last 10 since Feb. 14. The Nittany Lions hold an overall record of 22-13.
Penn State last appeared in the NCAA Tournament in 2011, losing to Temple in the opening round, 66-64.
