Pernod Ricard India CHRO recognised at the 2021 BW People, L&D Excellence Awards

New Delhi: Pernod Ricard India’s (PRI), CHRO Shrikant Lonikar was awarded the Best CHRO in ‘Excellence in Learning & Development’ for his breakthrough approach of ‘performance with a purpose’ at the 2021 BW People, L&D Excellence Awards. He was recognised for his exemplary work in the field of L& D and his unique HR excellence clarity. His take on learning & development, which entails Happiness, Finesse, Kindness, and Readiness as the four key pillars, was duly appreciated by the jury.
