In spring, the Botanical Garden of PetrSU is a real mecca for photographers, lovers of flowers and beautiful photographs. Now bird cherry, almond, cherry plum blossom here. Their color ranges from the brightest colors to delicate shades. And what a scent!

This weekend Natalya Kozlovskaya, Head of the Development Department of the Museum of Fine Arts of the Republic of Karelia, walked through the blooming Botanical Garden of PetrSU.

The Botanical Garden of PetrSU is beautiful! Blooming cherry plum is divine! A cloud of beauty and joy! Even on a rainy day! And the pink tints of bird cherry and steppe almonds bewitch and beckon like cotton candy. Red cones are an unusual European spruce, Natalia shared her impressions on her page on the social network.

Very soon the Botanical Garden of PetrSU will be filled with blooming apple trees. By the way, an old tradition of the Botanical Garden of PetrSU is the organization and holding of the “Apple Blossom” holiday. The Botsada collection has a collection of more than 100 apple trees, more than 30 varieties adapted for cultivation in Karelia.
