Recently, the first Russian-Egyptian youth forum was held in the Republic of Tatarstan, in which a 4th year student of the Institute of Foreign Languages Diana Krylova took part.
Diana was included in the Russian delegation, having passed a competitive selection.
As part of the Year of Humanitarian Cooperation between Russia and Egypt, from May 19 to May 22, in the sunny city of Kazan, representatives of the two countries discussed the current state and prospects for developing cooperation in such areas as volunteerism, creative industries, entrepreneurship and innovation. The working language of the forum was English, which allowed the two delegations to freely share the accumulated experience, propose ideas and jointly work fruitfully on the creation of projects in the areas. In addition to working moments, an extensive cultural program, a culinary master class and a friendly football match awaited the forum participants.
The organizers of the forum were the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Ministry for Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Academy of Youth Diplomacy, as well as the Project Office for International Youth Cooperation in the direction of “Russia – Organization of Islamic Cooperation”.
