PetrSU webinar for mathematics teachers in the regions of Karelia

PetrSU events in municipal districts are actively continuing in a distance format.
Within the framework of cooperation between PetrSU and municipal districts, a methodological webinar was held with mathematics teachers on the current topic “Changes in the control and measurement materials of the exam in mathematics in 2022”.

The webinar was hosted by S.I. Markova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Theory and Methods of Teaching Mathematics and Information and Communication Technologies in Education of the Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies of PetrSU, Chairman of the Regional Subject Commission on Mathematics of the Republic of Karelia.

Within the framework of the webinar, the following issues were considered: continuity with the models of past years, accents in the development of the exam, changes in the control and measuring materials of the unified state exam (CMMs of the USE) of the basic level and the USE of the profile level. Demonstrated new tasks for examinations at both basic and specialized levels. The possible transfer of primary USE scores to test scores in 2022 was commented on.

The webinar was attended by teachers of mathematics of secondary educational schools: Segezha, Medvezhyegorsk, Kalevala and Pitkyaranta municipal districts, as well as the director of the PetrSU Interdistrict Resource Center in Segezha – E.Yu. Gusev.

At the end of the webinar, the mathematics teachers of the district schools thanked Svetlana Iosifovna Markova for hosting the event. The methodological materials of the webinar were sent to schools in the districts.

The organization of the webinar was carried out within the framework of the implementation of the Development Program of the flagship university by the Interdistrict Resource Center of PetrSU in Segezha and the Interdistrict Resource Center of PetrSU in Sortavala.
