Pink Lemonade introduces work from anywhere and unlimited paid leave policy

Bengaluru: Pink Lemonade Communications, one of the fastest-growing global full-service, integrated marketing and communications agencies, is thrilled to announce its holistic culture revamp. With employees prioritizing different things now than they used to, Pink Lemonade makes a shift to a more people-centric culture aimed at enriching the lives of its people in new ways.

To begin with, the organization is doing away with its leave policy, allowing its members unlimited, paid leave all through the year. Pink Lemonade’s ‘travel and work policy’ will give its people the opportunity to travel anywhere in the world, and work from there for a month. The organization will also offer them flexibility over work-hours for leisure. The company has also introduced fresh, fun, and unique designations that bring everyone’s unique personality to the forefront. Very recently, the entire organization ‘launched’’ their new designations on LinkedIn. Writer’s Blockbuster, Always be Closing, Cocktail Druid, Teller of Tales, and Hawk of Follow Ups are just some of the many exciting designations being adopted.

Commenting on the company’s whole new take on culture, Tina Garg, Founder and Chief Creative Storyteller, Pink Lemonade, said, “An organization’s values are at the core of what it stands for and define its spirit. Along with culture and policy revamp, Pink Lemonade is also redefining the values that drive the company’s new vision, mission, and mindset. We are extremely excited to see the trajectory Pink Lemonade is on with all its new verticals, launches, and revamps. The world has changed, and we need to change with it. The pandemic has made us all realize what is really important. It is important for us to nurture and take care of the people that make us who we are.”

This year, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, Pink Lemonade will focus on purpose-oriented celebrations. The organization is digging deep into ways in which we as a society can #BreaktheBias, with activities planned for the entire week. Kick-starting the week of celebrations is a conversation around LGBTQA+ sensitivity and unconscious bias. The next event is breakfast with the leadership team of the organization, where each leader will pledge to #BreaktheBias moving forward. The organization will also offer five paid internship opportunities to candidates, with the potential of getting a full-time gig with the agency. Pink Lemonade has also tied up with Mitu Foundation to make sweaters for mothers and children. With the help of experts, members of the team will be volunteering their time to crochet these sweaters to be distributed to villages in different parts of the country.
