Pradyum Agarwal Bagged a Gold Medal at Junior National Equestrian Championship
New Delhi : Pradyum Agarwal of Pathways School Noida Bagged a Gold Medal at Junior National Equestrian Championship 2020 held at Army Equestrian Centre, DhaulaKuan, Delhi Cantt.
Pradyum had missed a Bronze Medal at Junior National Equestrian Championship (JNEC) 2019 at Bangalore due to a fraction of seconds and came 4th. This year he had trained a New Horse named “SPARTA” that clicked 2nd Fastest Speed in the Equestrian Tent Pegging Arena.
In the Individual Tent Pegging Sword event, Pradyum cleanly picked 5 Pegs out of 6, getting the highest score of 30 points with no time penalties.
Pradyum was representing Gurukul Horse Riding Club (GHRC), the Best Horse Riding Club of NCR.
The President Jury Maj.Gen N.S. Rajpurohit praised the skills of Pradyum and he said he wished to see him as a prominent Player in the Indian National Equestrian Circuit.Maj.GenRajpurohit said that Pradyum has got plenty of time as he is just 17 years old and playing so well and if he continues to keep his focus on his game improvisation, he could probably play for India some day.
Pradyum thanked his Parents, Pathways School, his Coaches and Gurukul Horse Riding Club (GHRC) for his success.
