Pre e-Lok Adalat held in Anantnag

Anantnag: According to Chairman District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Anantnag, in anticipation of e-Lok Adalat on Aug 22, a Pre e-Lok Adalat was held today at District Court Complex and in subordinate courts of the district.
The Pre-E-Lok Adalat was held under the guidance of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Anantnag Khalil Ahmad Choudhry.
During the proceedings out of 21 cases taken up, 16 cases were settled by four constituted benches and an amount of Rs.10,50,000 was awarded as settlement amount in one recovery case under section 138 NI Act besides an amount of Rs.3000 was realized as fine in 10 traffic challans.
