President MC inaugurates completed tiles works in SIKS Model GHSS Boys Udhampur

UDHAMPUR : UDHAMPUR, APRIL 10: The completed interlocking tiles work in the court yard of Shaheed Inspector Kamal Singh (SIKS) Government Model Higher Secondary School Boys was today inaugurated by President Municipal Council, Udhampur Dr. Jogeshwar Gupta, in the presence of S. Surrender Singh Khalsa, Vice President MC, Chief Education Officer, Geetu Bangotra and others.

Councillor ward number -10, Anil Arora, Councilor ward no -15 Subash Gupta, Principal SIKS Government Model Higher Secondary School Boys Udhampur Brij Mohan and all the staff members of the school were also present.

The Chief Guest and other guests were warmly welcomed with bouquets.

The Chief Education Officer thanked the President, Vice President and councilors for taking keen interest in the development of the Government institutions and solicited their support in future too.

While speaking on the occasion Dr. Jogeshwar Gupta said that being a former student of the institution, it is his first and foremost duty to contribute something for this institution and thus repay his debt as a student. He promised all support to make it a model institution in the real sense of the word. He wished all the best to the teachers and the students in their future pursuits.

Later, Mementos were also presented to the guests on this occasion. Amit Sharma, conducted the proceedings of the programme.
