President of Aligarh Alumni Association, USA visits debating club

 

Aligarh: “Pursue your hobbies, not just as mere passing interests, but with sincerity and excellence, and they might turn into something more. Your studies are undoubtedly important but just a little effort in the right direction will go a long way”, said Dr Nausha Asrar, President, Federation of Aligarh Alumni Association, USA and an AMU alumnus, while addressing the student members of the University Debating and Literary Club (UDLC), Cultural Education Centre, Aligarh Muslim University.

Welcoming and introducing the guest, Prof Mohammad Mohibul Haque, President, University Debating and Literary Club said that Dr Asrar is a true admirer of cultural activities and his support makes the club a vibrant centre for extra curricular activities in the University.

On this occasion, members of the Club showcased their achievements.

Mohammad Abdullah Sarkar, Secretary, UDLC, Ansab Amir Khan, former Secretary and other members of the club were present during the interaction.

The visiting guest interacted with the students and urged them to polish their literary and debating skills as these skills would help them achieve bigger successes in life.
