PRI members, social activists sensitized about services of Childline centre

Thathri: The members of Panchayat Raj institution members and social activists of Thathri were today sensitized about the services being provided by the District Childline Centre, here at the meeting.
The meeting was organised by Childline Centre Coordinator Doda, Meenakshi Raina which was attended by Muzafar Hussain, Chairman Block Development Council Thathri, Mohammad Sadiq Sarpanch Thathri, Nisar Ahmed Panch Thathri, Mushtaq Ahmed Social worker from Tipri, Hablal Ahmed, Noor Mohd. Naib Sarpanch Phagsoo besides other social workers.
During the meeting the participants were sensitized about the 24×7 outreach emergency services being provided by CHILDLINE Doda and were also briefed about 1098 Childline Number.
The Childline Coordinator urged the PRIs to invite the centre in the programmes held at Block or Panchayat level, so that maximum awareness was generated at the grassroots level regarding Child rights and more help could reach all the needy children.
