Prime Minister released Books on Civil Services Day function

New Delhi: The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi released two books namely: “New Beginning” on Innovations for the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence and “Fostering Excellence” for initiatives under identified Priority Programmes here today.
