New Delhi: Private schools will be allowed to charge only tuition fee during lockdown says Delhi Deupty CM Manish Sisodia . Fees can be taken for one month only, not three months’ advance. No school can stop the online education of students on failure to pay fees. All schools must pay all their staff, teaching/non-teaching, permanent/ contractual, on time says Manish Sisodia.

Rules have been issued under Epidemic Act and Delhi School Education Act. No school – whether on govt or private land can increase its fees. No school can charge anything apart from tuition fees (no transportation charge, annual charge etc.): Manish Sisodia.
