Promote young brains infused with resources of knowledge – science for new creations, innovations – says CM Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani

Chief Minister Mr. Vijaybhai Rupani today expressed determination to promote young brains for new creations and innovations as they are infused with resources of knowledge and science.

In this reference, the Chief Minister categorically stated that the children must be encouraged from the school level to find solutions with their innovative ideas for the state and national level developmental problems.

In Gandhinagar, the Chief Minister felicitated the 30 winner teams of the state-level ‘Children Innovation Festival’ jointly organized by The Gujarat University Start-up & Entrepreneurship Council’ and UNICEF.

The event was also graced by Gujarat Education Minister Mr. Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, Minister of State Mrs. Vibhawariben Dave, Dr. Himanshu Pandya – Vice Chancellor of Gujarat University, Mr. Jagdishbhai Bhavsar – Pro Vice Chancellor, Mrs. Anju Sharma – Principal Secretary (Education), and Dr. Laxmi Bhawani – Gujarat Head of UNICEF, and others.

Mr. Rupani further stated that the young students are filled with curiosity and competence to make innovative thinking and dreams; thus to make them realities, the state government has provided needed platform through such festivals.

Inspiring the young brains, the Chief Minister stated that a new spirit has been generated with ‘Start-up innovations’ for success of ‘Making in India’ campaign of Prime Minister Mr. Narendrabhai Modi.

Mr. Rupani also pointed out that Gujarat has adopted a new strategy for ‘Start-up Policy’, and ‘Students Start-up Innovations Policy’, along with ‘Youth Start-up’.

The Chief Minister said that Gujarat has become ‘Start-up’ hub of the country with its lion share contribution of 43%. He also called on to fulfil the dream to make the Indian Economy of 5 trillion US$ envisaged by Mr. Modi – a reality through scaling new achievements with ‘Start-ups – Innovations’
