Qentelli Acquires NCS Technologies to Scale Digital Transformation Offerings
This acquisition will help Qentelli add to their repertoire of Digital Intellectual Property and scale their offerings for Enterprise Digital Transformation.
New Delhi– Qentelli, a leading global technology company focusing on continuous delivery through orchestrated engineering, today announced it has acquired NCS Technologies, a New Jersey based provider of Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to enterprises.
The acquisition allows Qentelli to add to their Intellectual Property, client portfolio in the Digital space and a US East Coast based Service Delivery center that furthers capability for near-shore services. The combination will enable Qentelli to innovate rapidly for multiple end-user solutions, particularly in areas of Cloud, Application Modernization, Quality Engineering, Data Technologies, Customer Experience and Hyper-Automation the core offerings of Qentelli LLC.
