Rahul Singla Conferred with 2017 Young Achiever’s Award
New Delhi: Rahul Singla, Director, Mapsko Group was awarded the Young Achiever’s Award by Mr. Vijendra Gupta MLA and member, BJP National Executive, at the 9th Realty Plus Excellence Awards (North) 2017. The event took place at Hotel Leela Ambience, Gurugram and was attended by Mr. Anuj Puri, Chairman at Anarock Property Consultants, Neeraj Bansal, Partner & Head – ASEAN Corridor & Real Estate Sector, KPMG in India and other distinguished luminaries.
Mapsko Group is a fourteen-year- old organization that is established by young visionaries. Rahul Singla has created a mark in a segment like real estate in a short span of 7 years and bagging ‘Mount Ville 100 best project to look out- year 2014’ conducted by WCRC in association with Official Tabulator E & Y is a landmark in itself. The organization aims at creating bespoke projects for their consumers. Since its inception, the Mapsko Group has successfully handed over 5 projects, by the name Mapsko Casabella, Mapsko Paradise, Mapsko Royale Ville, Mapsko Garden Estate and Mapsko City Homes in 1year.
Realty Plus Excellence Awards, one of India’s most credible real-estate awards, recognizes the contributions made in the Real Estate panorama by Individuals/Innovation, Developers, Interior Designers, Architects/Town Planners, State Governments, Property Advisors, IPCS/Brokers/Realtors, Real Estate Media, etc. The awardees are chosen after a rigorous selection of real estate players from the entire Northern India.

A qualified graduate from London with MBA in Marketing, Rahul Singla heads the Strategic division along with the New Business Development and also takes care of corporate communication for the group. He came on board in 2010 and works in coordination with the customers, stakeholders and partners.
