Rajasthan Delegates’ Cultural Odyssey Culminates in Exclusive Interaction and Luncheon Hosted by Honourable Governor of Tamil Nadu 

 

As the Yuva Sangam Phase-III program draws to a close, the Rajasthan delegates at IIM Tiruchirappalli enjoyed a meaningful conclusion with an exclusive interaction at Raj Bhavan in Chennai, graciously hosted by the Honourable Governor of Tamil Nadu. This distinguished event added a touch of grandeur to the 11-day exploration on the multi-dimensional and historical exploration and expedition, further emphasizing the program’s core mission under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat campaign – fostering unity and understanding among the youth of diverse Indian states.

During this interaction, the delegates had the unique opportunity to engage in a meaningful dialogue with the Honourable Governor, delving into shared cultural values, collaborative prospects, and the pivotal role of the youth in promoting national integration. The Governor, in turn, provided valuable insights, inspiring the delegates to actively contribute to the vision of a united and harmonious India.

While answering questions from the youth participants, the Governor mentioned that youths are the great stakeholders in politics and the country’s future. The Governor praised the people in Tamil Nadu for their hospitality, friendly approach, simple living, and overwhelming love for others; it is Bharat’s DNA. The Governor urged the participating students to face challenges eye to eye to find solutions. They should dream big and work hard to make the Nation achieve greater.

The governor presented certificates and Kashi Tamil Sangamam and Saurashtra Tamil Sangamam Books (English version) to the participating students.

Following the engaging discussion, the Honourable Governor hosted a luncheon for the delegates, creating an ambiance of camaraderie and cultural exchange. This luncheon not only showcased the warm hospitality of Tamil Nadu but also allowed for informal conversations, strengthening the bond between the youth of Rajasthan and the host state. The entire experience at Raj Bhavan was a fitting crescendo to the cultural odyssey, leaving an indelible mark on the delegates’ hearts.
