Rajouri Adm scales up SEHAT, E Shram registration campaign

Organising 3 day special camps to cover left out eligible persons

 

RAJOURI : Intending to saturate the district under SEHAT scheme and E Shram Portal, the District Administration Rajouri is going to start its special three days enrollment camps at different locations from January 4 to 6 January 2022 to add all the left out beneficiaries under the twin schemes.

The camps are being organized on the directions of the District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal.

PM-JAY is the world’s largest health insurance/ assurance scheme fully financed by the government. It provides a cover of Rs. 5 lakhs per family per year for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization across public and private empanelled hospitals in India.

Similarly, E Shram portal is the first-ever National Database of Unorganised Sector Workers (NDUW) created by the Ministry of Labour and Employment to register the unorganized workers.

The VLEs, Arogya Mitras and staff of the Education Department have been deployed for the task and directed to ensure cent percent coverage of all the eligible persons under the scheme during these camps.

General public has been requested to attend the camps for registrations with due adherence to covid protocols.

The field functionaries deployed for the task will also highlight the benefits of SEHAT scheme and E Shram to motivate them for registration.

The registration process will be monitored by the incharge Panchayat officers to ensure coverage of all the left out beneficiaries of their areas within three days.

Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal is making concrete efforts to cover the left out persons under these welfare initiatives of the Government. He has also directed the concerned authorities to work in a mission mode to saturate the district under these schemes to enable the public to avail the benefits.
