Rajouri: Officers associated with B2V3 sensitized about guidelines

Rajouri: Officers associated with B2V3 implementation were today sensitized about guidelines and other procedures here at a one day orientation training organized by district administration Rajouri.
The Master Trainers, Assistant Commissioner Development, Sushil Khajuria, District Panchayat Officer, Chanderkant Bhagat, Assistant Director Food Civil Supplies and Consumers Affairs, Mukhtar Ahmed Lone and Assistant Labour Commissioner, Angrez Singh briefed the participants about the activities to be undertaken during implementation of the programme at Panchayat level collectively by the officers, Chairperson block Development Council, Sarpanchs and Panchs.
The 3rd phase of the Government’s ambitious back to village programme is scheduled to commence from October 02, 2020.
The master trainers discussed in detail the entire programme and urged the officers to act as representatives of the Government and involve Gram Sabhas in decision making for need based and equitable developmental of each Panchayat.
The officers were also informed about their responsibilities during the programme including the dissemination of information about the Centrally and UT sponsored schemes, checking of functioning of panchayats, inspections of works, ensuring prompt public delivery system, ensuring proper grievances redressal system in place and involvement of community in the planning process.
The booklets about various activities to be organized during the back to village phase 3 were distributed among the officers.
