Ramban admin facilitates students with adequate study material for competitive exams

Ramban: To facilitate the Class 12 pass-out students, the District Administration Ramban in-coordination with the Department of Libraries has made more than 7000 books and study material available for students aspiring to write various competitive examination including civil services, NEET, JEE, Banking etc.

In this connection, Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mussarat Islam visited Tehsil Library Ramban, where he inspected the study material made available for distribution amongst the students, who have passed out higher secondary levels.

In-charge Principal Government Higher Secondary School, Ramban Ranjay Kumar and other concerned were also present.

The DC asked the officers of the Education Department, especially Principals of Colleges and GHSS of the district to motivate the aspirants of competitive examinations to avail the facility at the libraries of their respective areas.

The DC directed for equitable distribution of these books in various sub-divisions where the students can get these issued from Tehsil Libraries.

Meanwhile, the students have been advised to visit their nearby Libraries to study available stock of books pertaining to different competitive examinations.

The DC exhorted upon officials of Library Department to provide the reading material for cracking the prestigious competitive examinations to the youth so that these belonging to poor families and desirous of appearing in these examinations can avail these in a hassle free manner.
