RDC Concrete’s ‘Meri Pehli Udaan’ initiative sends 41 employees on their first flight experience
Mumbai- RDC Concrete, India’s largest independent RMC Manufacturer, successfully introduced its initiative, ‘Meri Pehli Udaan,’ providing its employees with a memorable first-time flying experience. This year, 41 employees had the opportunity to participate in the initiative, fulfilling the criteria of never having flown in an airplane before and being an on-roll employee with at least one year of service at RDC Concrete.
The “Meri Pehli Udaan” initiative aims to offer any employee their first-ever flight experience, granting them a unique and enriching opportunity. RDC Concrete ensured a flight experience for each participant to destinations like Mumbai, Goa, or Bhubaneshwar. The initiative covered all flight expenses, meal costs during the trip, local transportation at the destination, as well as transportation to and from the airport.
Through this thoughtful initiative, RDC Concrete demonstrated its commitment to recognizing and rewarding its dedicated employees. ‘Meri Pehli Udaan’ not only fulfilled the dreams of the participating employees but also fostered a sense of appreciation and encouragement within the organization.
