Reasi: Awareness Camp on Women centric schemes held at village Bhaber

REASI: District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHFEW) Reasi, in collaboration with SBIRESTI today organised an awareness camp for local women here at village Bhaber Panchayat Bhaber Bhramana.

During the awareness camp, Gender Specialist Rita imparted awareness to the participants regarding different women centric schemes. The AWWs, AWHs and local women were made aware about the women centric schemes like Tejaswini scheme, Old-age pension, PCP, and widow pension, Sukanya Samridhi Yojana, Benefits of Labour card, skills development courses etc.

Later, the pamphlets containing information about different schemes were distributed among the women. The cases of Sukanya Samridhi Yojana, skill development courses and pension were noted down and the participants were provided information about online procedures to apply and avail the benefits of different schemes.
