The Registration for 5th Edition of the most coveted TEDx Hyderabad open
Hyderabad: The most awaited, the most sought after and one of the benchmark TEDx events in India, TEDx Hyderabad opens it registrations.
TEDx is a non-profit international platform for Ideas Worth Spreading. This independent HyderabadTEDx event is operated under license from TED. TED stands for “Technology, Entertainment, Design” and is a not for profit global conference series that was the brainchild of Richard Saul Wurman, who began TED in 1984. In 2001, TED was acquired by Chris Anderson, who oversees all of the TED conferences today and acts as the curator for the thousands of TED talksthat can be viewed at TED.com
The theme for this year is “Limitless”, informs Viivek Verma its Curator.
This year, Viivek adds is a milestone for the platform, as we celebrates its 5th year, and plans to go ‘LIMITLESS’ – the theme that stands for the power of ideas.
This being the 5th milestone year for TEDxHyderabad, the team wanted to celebrate it with a special theme. And LIMITLESS is just that – a celebration of the journey so far, where the community has grown from 500 attendees in 2015 to a total of 9000+, it has defied all expectations, Viivek added.
Everyone has the opportunity to become ‘LIMITLESS’ if one masters the self-consciousness and thinks beyond the possibilities, and changes his life and the world at large for the better.After all, as Oliver Wendell Holmes says “A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions.”
The date for the event is fixed and will be held on September 22, 2019. Nearly 2500 curate attendees are expected to listen to some of the best speakers, orators and innovators.
The number of community initiatives launched and supported through the TEDxHyderabad community has been phenomenal too, and it was only because the team chose to break any notions of limits when it came to taking the much-needed initiatives.

Through TED or TEDx talks, the audience is exposed to speakers who are doing cutting edge work across numerous causes. TED events have a significant impacton millions of lives–especially over the past several years ever since its talks were posted online for free viewing. TED organizers said they have received thousandsof letters and emails from people telling them how one or more TED talks haveimpacted their lives for the better. Many past TED speakers keep talking howtheir lives and causes changed dramatically for the better after their TEDspeeches.
