Research Associate wins best poster award

Aligarh : Dr Mohd Meenhaz Ansari, Research Associate, Interdisciplinary Nanotechnology Centre, Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology, Aligarh Muslim University has won the Best Poster Award in the 65th Solid State Physics Symposium-2021, organized by Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, at DAE Convention Centre, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai.

Dr Ansaari presented his paper on “Energy Loss Rate in Bilayer Graphene on GaAs Substrate due to Piezoelectric Phonon Scattering”, co-authored by Dr S S Z Ashraf, Department of Physics, AMU.

Dr Mohd Azhar Aziz, Director, Interdisciplinary Nanotechnology Centre congratulated Dr Ansari.
