Resourceful Education Foundation Reach Out To Underprivileged Students Of Up

The Resourceful Education Foundation (REF), NGO based in Wakad, Pune, will now embrace underprivileged students of Uttar Pradesh and look to address their Pre Matric and Post Matric education fees.

The underprivileged students of UP looking to study in government-approved schools must meet the following norms. Annual income from all sources for category (Post Matric) OBC, Minority and General must not exceed more than Rs 2 lakhs and for the SC/ST category must not exceed more than Rs 2,50,000/-. The students besides providing the Income certificate from an authorised government body should also hand over education qualification documents and Residence Proof.

Mr Amarpal Singh, Founder of the Resourceful Education Foundation was pleased to see the future of these deserving students being secured through higher education.

Mr Singh, an alumnus of IIM Bangalore dream of giving back to society was realized through the Resourceful Education Foundation dedicated to the social development of society through education for all. He plans to spread this noble service pan India helping the underprivileged students gain knowledge and wisdom to boost the economy of the country through sound education.

“We are looking to grow and change the lives of underprivileged students in thousands and more. We have already extended support to over 150 students in Pune and now look forward to reaching out to underprivileged students in UP,” said Mr Singh on an optimistic note.

The Resourceful Education Foundation incorporated on April 23, 2018, helped underprivileged students with the financial aid of Rs 2614793.

Today higher education is expensive and only the privileged class of society seek admission into good institutes. REF has swung into action and extended help to underprivileged students in Pune and now have focussed on UP.

The objective in forming REF was to help the underprivileged students by providing them financial aid for college fees. Helping such deprived students stand on their legs is the main objective of the NGO. Recently the REF helped underprivileged students of College of Engineering, Pune (COEP) with the financial aid of Rs 1458750 (Fourteen lakhs, Fifty-eight Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty). These 20 students had no hopes of further education as they faced financial crisis due to unfortunate circumstances.

Today Resourceful Education Foundation has embarked on an ambitious plan to support underprivileged students of UP for the upcoming academic year.

The Resourceful Education Foundation is registered under Section 8 of The Companies Act, 2013 with CIN: U85200PN2018PTC176205 to provide financial assistance to underprivileged students.

“We have been continuously striving to assist more underprivileged students and guide them to emerge as responsible citizens of our country,” said Mr Singh.
