Mr. Vishal Jain, Co-Founder, Roadcast says, “India’s 12 million under aged & underprivileged workers are key to the future of our economy. With average annual education spend being INR 5000, free education would potentially cover education costs worth INR 60 Billion. We aim to get atleast 5000 kids registered with us on a month on month basis leading to a total annual impact of INR 300 Million.”

A simple web based platform that will take a visitor’s location & direct the user to a map page which will show kids near the selected location along with their personal data & registered information. This page will also share the skillsets every child is looking to learn so that kids can connect with relevant peers who can assist each other and fast-track the process of learning and growth via enabling community skill development. In this launch phase, Roadcast plans to reach out to major metro & tier 1 cities and successfully connect with as many young adults possible to improve their livelihood opportunities, increase employability & give them a chance to outgrow their weak economic conditions.

In 2018 GITEX Future Stars awarded Roadcast as one of the top 30 tech based start-ups globally and subsequently in 2019 The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) conferred Roadcast as a leader in road safety & emergency response management in India.

Rahul Mehra, Co-founder, lastly added “We have created this new platform to promote skill development & education that will be key to India’s growth story. The pandemic has completely disrupted the economic landscape of the nation and in an attempt to revive the economy & for businesses to sustain industry leaders must rethink their products, service and growth strategies. We believe capitalizing on India’s working-age population will create robust structural changes in the current learning ecosystem to ensure holistic development of learners.”
