RWTH expert receives award for Reichart Prize of the Akademie gemeinnütziger Wissenschaften
The Akademie gemeinnütziger Wissenschaften in Erfurt has awarded the Reichart Prize – Erfurt Young Investigator Award for Applied Research to Dr. Weihan Li, head of the Artificial Intelligence for Batteries junior research group at the RWTH Center for Ageing, Reliability and Lifetime Prediction for Electrochemical and Electronics Systems (CARL).
Weihan Li investigates the digitalization of battery use with digital twins to gain a deeper understanding of the aging, safety, and reliability of batteries.
The Reichart Prize, worth 2,000 euros, is awarded to researchers for dissertations and research activities that provide practically relevant findings and make a positive difference to society as a whole.
