RWTH: RWTH student universities during the summer holidays
During the NRW summer holidays, student universities on various topics are held at RWTH Aachen University. In lectures, experiments and institute visits, research topics, working methods and requirements of a course of study are conveyed and thus a study decision is supported. Participation is free of charge.
Registrations are still possible for the student universities “Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering”, “MINT Teaching: Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics and Chemistry” and “Engineering Sciences – Developing Sustainable Technologies for the Future”. High school students are invited here.
In the “Schnupperuni Engineering Sciences for Girls” high school students get an insight into the work of an engineer. 12- to 14-year-old girls meet at “MINT & Fit” and get to know three sports in addition to the daily workshops. Places are available here as well as in the “MINT-Schüleruni” for pupils in the 8th and 9th grades of grammar schools or after grade 10 at comprehensive or junior high schools. The participants visit one of the RWTH student laboratories every day.
