Sankalp Se Siddhi scheme: JMC organizing series of camps to benefit vendors

 

JAMMU : Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), in collaboration with lending institutions (Banks), is conducting series of camps under Sankalp Se Siddhi within the Municipal limits to extend a handholding to vendors and small time business persons. The camps are being held from July 01 and the same will continue till August 15, 2021.

In these camps, the lending institutions (Banks) are disbursing the financial assistance to the cleared applicants as also to examine the pending applications of the eligible persons for clearing their cases. These camps are also being utilized to mobilize new street vendors for loan application, Socio-economic-profiling under (“SVANidhi-Se- Samridhi,”), digital transaction training, vaccination etc. so that the Street Vendors are empowered in every way possible to face the pandemic related Stress.

Meanwhile, Commissioner JMC, Avny Lavasa has appealed all the street vendors to participate in these camps in large numbers to avail the benefits of the PM Street Vendors Atma Nirbar Nidhi Scheme launched by the Government of India.
