School of Law, GD Goenka University Successfully Concludes International Conference on Law and Technology



Gurugram  – The School of Law at GD Goenka University, Gurugram, proudly hosted the International Conference on Law and Technology on June 7th and 8th, 2024. Themed “Emerging Jurisprudence of Digital Transformation of Law” with a specific focus on “Policy Tackling Cyber Threats,” the online conference brought together over 200 leading academicians, policymakers, industry experts, and research scholars from across the globe.

The concept of “Emerging Jurisprudence of Digital Transformation of Law” reflects the evolving legal landscape in the era of rapid technological advancement. This paradigm shift highlights the profound impact of digital transformation on traditional legal frameworks and the emergence of new legal principles and practices addressing the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital age.

Throughout the conference, participants explored how digital transformation has permeated every aspect of society, altering the way law is practiced, interpreted, and enforced. Key topics included the adoption of digital technologies in legal processes, the ethical implications of artificial intelligence, and the regulation of emerging technologies.
