Scientific session held as a prelude to international CME

ALIGARH : In a prelude to the “International CME on Hematology: Basic Concepts and Changing Paradigms”, scheduled to be held on September 20-21, the Department of Pathology, Aligarh Muslim University held scientific sessions on oral and poster presentations to shortlist 10 best presentations in paper and poster categories each, which will be presented before a panel of judges on September 21, for the best presentations.

Prof Mahboob Hasan, Chairman of the department, said that more than 100 participants of the oral and poster presentations were divided into Hematology and non-hematology groups, who were finally judged for their presentation by experts from different parts of the UP state, including Prof. Amit Kumar (Varun Arjun Medical College), Prof. Lubna Khan (GSVM, Kanpur), Dr. Mili Jain (KGMU, Lucknow), Dr. Mansi Kala (HIMS, Dehradun), Dr. Geeta Maurya and Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh (UPUMS, Saifai) and the JNMC faculty Prof. S. H. Arif, Prof. Jaseem Hassan, Dr. Manzoor Ahmad, Dr. Sufia Naseem, Dr. Shahbaz H. Faridi, Dr. Shadab Alam, Dr. Mohsin Khan, Dr. Zulfiqar and Dr. Irfan A. Khan.
