Seminar on ‘National Safety Day’ held at GDC, Frisal

Kulgam: A seminar on ‘National Safety Day’ was today organised by Debates and Seminar Committee of Government Degree College (GDC) Frisal, here.

Tehsildar Frisal, G.R. Bhat was the Chief Guest on the occasion, and the function was presided over by Principal GDC Frisal, Prof. Syed Eazaz Hussain Rizvi.

Tehsildar Frisal stressed upon the students to follow the safety rules as they are in the age group where in most road accidents are being found.

Many students spoke on the occasion and deliberated upon the importance of the day.

Astt. Professor Urdu, Dr. Gulzar, highlighted the importance of time and impressed upon the students for making judicial use of the time.

Astt. Professor Education, Dr. Ishtiyaq highlighted the importance of the day for humanity and emphasized students for their all round development.

In the concluding remarks Principal of the college, Prof. Syed Eazaz Hussain Rizvi, briefed the audience about the importance of celebrations of such days for the welfare of the society.
