Senior Secondary School (Girls) organises Career Guidance and Counselling Workshop

 

Aligarh: The Senior Secondary School (Girls) of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) organised a Career Guidance and Counselling Workshop to guide students for making the right decisions in choosing their careers.

While conducting the workshop, Mr Saad Hameed (Training and Placement Officer, AMU) urged students to broaden their horizon for making their marks in careers most suited to them.

He further urged the students to keep themselves focused on highest values, goals and aspirations in life. Mr Hameed said that it is important for students to analyze their personalities and plan strategies to reach their goals.

Dr Mohd Nayyer Rahman (Faculty of Commerce, AMU) gave a presentation on career opportunities after passing the senior secondary school examinations.

Miss Puja Sharma from the DHEYA IAS Academy, New Delhi talked on various government jobs.
