Nova Benefits, an employee wellness platform focussed on group health insurance, announced the onboarding of Mr Bhagat Vachhaney to its leadership team, as National Head – Insurance.
With over 15+ years of experience, Bhagat will be leading a team of 60 people at Nova. Previously, Bhagat was leading the business for Futurisk Insurance Broking Co. Pvt. Ltd., and worked in the Risk and Insurance Management Teams at JLT Group, Howden Insurance Brokers India Pvt. Ltd., Vantage Insurance Brokers & Risk Advisors Pvt. Ltd., and SBI Life Insurance.
Joining Nova Benefits in his new position as National Head of Insurance, Mr. Bhagat Vachhaney said, “Having spent the majority of my career in the insurance space, the learnings and experiences have been immense. My role at Nova is to make insurer placements smooth and easy, enriching our client experience. I strongly believe that in the next 2 years, Nova is going to become the most obvious choice for companies to bring in value through health and wellness to their employees.
