Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and National Law School of India University invite applications for the FinTech Moot Court Competition  

 New Delhi: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, are inviting applications from law colleges across India to register for the 1st edition of ‘FinTech Moot Court Competition, 2024-2025’ in Bengaluru.

This competition, scheduled on 14th-15th September 2024 at National Law School of India University, Bengaluru campus, is set to be centered around the intersection of finance, technology and the regulatory challenges raised by rapid technological developments that fundamentally alter how one delivers and consumes financial services. It aims to address some of the key emerging issues in fintech regulation.
