Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and WB National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) to jointly host First FinTech moot court

New Delhi: Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and WB National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) are elated to announce the First Edition of the ‘WB NUJS – SAM FinTech Moot Court Competition, 2023-2024’.

This competition scheduled for 5-6 August at NUJS Kolkata campus is set to be a highly competitive event with 20 leading college teams debating over the challenges associated with regulating private cryptocurrencies before an eminent panel of judges. It aims to focus on the challenges faced by regulators while developing a framework to regulate virtual digital tokens and assets.
