Shia Federation deputation calls on DC Poonch

Poonch: A deputation of Shia Federation Jammu Province today called on Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Inderjeet and SSP Dr. Vinod Kumar.

The deputation discussed various public issues with the district administration. The deputation demanded for launching a special vaccination drives before the holy month of Muharram to cover all Shia Muslim community members for their safety. The members of the deputation further raised some issues regarding development works and Covid.

Besides, the security of the religious places during the Muharram was also discussed with the SSP.

The administration assured to resolve all the issues at an earliest.
