Shikhar Dhawan Foundation plays Secret Santa this Christmas in Gurgaon & Delhi streets
Christmas is around the corner and all we can think about is green trees, bright lights, cheerful faces, decorations, hot chocolate, gifts, and surprises. The day is the essence of togetherness, thankfulness, and warmth we share with each other. Well, the center of attraction remains the gift. No matter how old we get, the phenomena never fail to keep the excitement alive.
The Shikhar Dhawan Foundation went down to the streets on 24th December & played Secret Santa for the underprivileged kids. They yelped uncontrollably. They screamed with joy. As they ripped open oodles of presents, many kids in Gurgaon & Delhi showed much enthusiasm on receiving gifts as Shikhar Dhawan Foundation Played Secret Santa for Christmas, 25th December 2022. “This is the best Christmas in my life,” said 6-year-old Sukumari as she opened presents when receiving big gifts boxes of Dryfruits and Chocolates.
The Shikhar Dhawan Foundation is founded with the aim to eradicate social issues like hunger, poverty, education, and many more which form the core of our society. Shikhar Dhawan and his team has taken up this noble initiative with the core idea of giving back to society for immense love and affection he has received from across the country. SDF is a non-profit organization that aspires to sow the seeds of prosperity and happiness across the globe through collaborative efforts & what could be a better day than the Christmas eve to celebrate the same with the Under privileged kids.
Mr. Amitesh Shah, Group CEO DA-ONE (An initiative of Shikhar Dhawan), stated that, “ Well, we all have surprised our loved ones with gifts on every occasion. But have you ever tried surprising unknown people? Trust us, that gives you immense joy and that person will remember you forever, even though you might not see each other ever again. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case for a few & that is where we as SDF wanted to do this for the ones who are in need of it.”
