Congratulating the winners, Ms. Achal Khanna CEO SHRM India said, “I am much pleased to know that the jury had a hard time in deciding the winners as this indicates that most organizations have put in place excellent HR practices and are becoming more employees centric. In the face of automation and AI, the role and function of HR itself will have to evolve to meet new challenges for which a deep understanding of the practice and the ability to constantly innovate will be key to HR as a function”.
