Sambalpur: Governor of Odisha and Chancellor Shri Raghubar Das appointed Professor Shyam Sundar Pattnaik as the new Vice-Chancellor of Odisha State Open University, Sambalpur.

Prof Pattnaik is an eminent academician. Currently, he is serving as the Director of the National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (NITTR), Chandigarh.
